Fitness is very important, but it should never be used to bypass or dismiss conversations about overall health and other life and health issues.
Essentially the Olympic Games is entertainment. But the levels of work, from the mental and physical fitness required to the back stories and journeys of many of the athletes can be a great source of inspiration.
We can discuss the football. We can even discuss how great of a player Ronaldo is and how much impact his activities can have. With all the exchanges surrounding his Coca Cola snub, there was one important conversation missing.
