Holiday season means loads of food and less training. But there’s always the nagging thoughts of putting on weight and feeling bad.
Reflecting on a recent trip, and the stark deviation from usual fitness and nutrition regimen. It is different from rest and recovery and takes a physical toll, but the experience is important.
Is it so important to eat healthy when exercising or the other way around that you absolutely cannot do one without the other?
Yes, the gym is closed and yes, ten days is a long time. But rest is important, and you don’t need a gym to exercise.
