How do you view your goals?
Once the goal is achieved, it’s over as a destination. But as a checkpoint, a goal becomes another point in your path of achievement. Once you reach the checkpoint, you can add or adapt to get to your next checkpoint.
In fitness, your goals will change as you achieve. There will also be times when you will have to adapt your goals based on your life and circumstances. You will want to build on your achievements instead of stopping as soon as you reach your goal.
