It’s always different. Motivation hits everyone differently and changes over time. For me it began out of anger towards an abusive ex. A self-promise on a day where I thought I would die that I would never allow myself to be beaten again. And overtime, it became more.
It really depends on your goals, your program, and how you train, but it’s important to train both. Which one do you prefer to train?
