I for one am really looking forward to gyms reopening. Not sure how they will look or how they will manage the members and equipment, but I look forward to seeing it and of course using it. I’ll probably even be able to cope with the masses of selfies and social media posts that will be occupying much of the members, equipment, and mirrors during the first days of reopening.
However, I may actually continue with some home training as well as my training at the gym. What I’ve realized from these past few months training at home is that as much as I want to be pushing myself with the heavy equipment that the gym enables, there are other things that I need to do some more work on as well. Stretching, yoga, running, cycling are some of the many kinds of physical activity that can be done from home. And I plan to keep some of them going for some extra stretching sessions for example, and add them to my training regimen.
