Founding partner at LIFE ON FITNESS. I'm a fitness enthusiast (not a fitness 'professional'). Being massively obese, I started my fitness journey at around the age of 14. It wasn't the cool thing to do yet, and didn't even know what my life was missing. It only got better as I researched, tried, studied, and tested evermore fitness elements and knowledge. I write my thoughts with the hopes of inspiring even one person to achieve their life goals as well as their fitness goals. But most importantly enjoy and get the best out of life.

Is there even a way to solve these problems, and does it revolve around the packaging?
Thanksgiving or no Thanksgiving, it’s good to be thankful. Being thankful doesn’t conflict with being hungry for more. It can be a platform to build on in tricky situations.
Sometimes, we find it hard to ask for help out of fear of appearing weak, but it’s a necessity. We all need a helping hand at some point. Use your training to apply this. Ask for help when you may not be comfortable during training, and it can help you do the same in life. Most people are willing to help in both fitness and life if you just ask.
Is overcommitting an issue? We see many people promoting ‘no days off’ training as a necessity. Is it though? Life is important even if it does get in the way.
I could just go along with the status quo and take supplements even though they make me feel uncomfortable. Given my tough training regiment how important are these supplements really to my training and recovery?
