Training from home can be hard even if you have an awesome program. With that in mind in these unprecedented times, we reached out to all the trainers and fitness professionals in our network.
We want to help you stay active and fit from home. So we hope to bring you some free live training sessions straight to your living room to help you with your motivation. These sessions will be provided by and at the discretion of the individual professional.
