Andrea is a level 3 qualified personal training who has been working in the industry and honing her methods for over six years. Training and helping many clients over the years has given her knowledge not only on the science of it all, but how individuals’ lives affect and are affected by fitness.
She is also qualified in nutrition for menopause as well as holding a level 4 qualification in youth strength and conditioning. Andrea believes that getting stronger and moving better is the answer to a healthy lifestyle and that strength is consistency and the discipline you create to show up every single day for yourself.
Her program, Female Body Composition, is designed to build muscle and is a training program for intermediate female trainees who can move well and have experience in the gym.
It is a three phase program spanning over three months increasing frequency with each successive phase as its progression. This split is explained throughout and the best working split is explained for each phase. Glutes and shoulders are specialized throughout the program as well.
It is a three month subscription with a new phase expanded each month. The program subscription cost is only £30 a month (that’s roughly £1 a day) for a progression program that Andrea has designed over her years of experience and actual physical in person work with her clients.
