Even with the mental preparation of knowing that the challenge will continue, it’s still a struggle. It’s coping within the tunnel while moving towards the light at the end of it that is critical.

A second lockdown in England, and gyms are closed again. We keep going!
It’s time to start preparing because things will change quickly. When it comes to it and life goes back to normal, will we also go back to all our previous habits? Will we retain out new habits? It may get even tougher as time goes on. Will we have time for fitness?
