It’s important to pace your physical activity and fitness. Fatigue is common when we overwork ourselves and current circumstances can increase its effect. Work on your fitness, but also its sustainability. Are you starting to feel the onset of fatigue or lower energy levels?
A doctor tells you that it may be unhealthy, but you enjoy it. As a thought exercise and your perspective as an individual, how does one reconcile what we refer to as fitness today with a healthy body?

It’s a long one this time, but it’s a current conversation we are having about food packaging. We’ve started talking about food packaging in a way that it will solve deeper lying problems, when it in fact it may make them and other issues worse. Is there even a way to solve these problems, and does it revolve around the packaging?
Thanksgiving or no Thanksgiving, it’s good to be thankful. Being thankful doesn’t conflict with being hungry for more. It can be a platform to build on in tricky situations.
Sometimes it takes a lot of discipline to do what you know you need to do.
Sometimes, we find it hard to ask for help out of fear of appearing weak, but it’s a necessity. We all need a helping hand at some point. Use your training to apply this. Ask for help when you may not be comfortable during training, and it can help you do the same in life. Most people are willing to help in both fitness and life if you just ask.
Is overcommitting an issue? We see many people promoting ‘no days off’ training as a necessity. Is it though? Life is important even if it does get in the way.
