Happy New Year!!
Essentially the Olympic Games is entertainment. But the levels of work, from the mental and physical fitness required to the back stories and journeys of many of the athletes can be a great source of inspiration.
The fitness mistake I made all those years ago still has lasting consequences today. However, I have no regrets. I lost the weight and am physically strong, fit, and healthy. But maybe others can learn from it.

It’s 2019 and yet this conversation is there to be had. It’s a personal matter. I train because I enjoy it, but it affects me, and with the social norms and all the comments I get, it’s been on my mind. How do I reconcile my more muscular physique with my femininity?
