We are constantly seeing different methods and theories on social media and the Internet in general. To say any method is wrong is incorrect. However, my own experiences have shown me that these different methods gave me different results. I had to ask myself which one is better for me…. cardio or weights?
Is overcommitting an issue? We see many people promoting ‘no days off’ training as a necessity. Is it though? Life is important even if it does get in the way.

It’s always different. Motivation hits everyone differently and changes over time. For me it began out of anger towards an abusive ex. A self-promise on a day where I thought I would die that I would never allow myself to be beaten again. And overtime, it became more.
I love my fitness, but it’s not necessarily the same lifestyle and journey. Not taking any credit and prestige away from competitiors, but I often find inspiration elsewhere.
