What is it you miss most about the gym? If it’s the people, vibe and energy, well we hope to be able to help with that.
Of course I miss training at the gym and all the equipment that comes with it. But it’s not all bad. Here are some positives I’ve found from home training. What do you like most about home training?

It’s tough, but it’s not a problem. Sometimes it takes someone else pointing out the obvious to me to make me think about my actions. As hard as it is for me to not go to the gym, it isn’t about me in this case. It’s my loved ones. And a small sacrifice goes a long way.
There’s got to be scientific research on whether training with a plan or freestyling is more effective. However, let’s discuss preference as I see mates at the gym doing either or. Which do you prefer?

It’s 2019 and yet this conversation is there to be had. It’s a personal matter. I train because I enjoy it, but it affects me, and with the social norms and all the comments I get, it’s been on my mind. How do I reconcile my more muscular physique with my femininity?
Thanksgiving or no Thanksgiving, it’s good to be thankful. Being thankful doesn’t conflict with being hungry for more. It can be a platform to build on in tricky situations.
